The matriculation ceremony of the newly admitted Undergraduate Level 1, Undergraduate Level 2 and Postgraduate students who are not graduates of UDUSOK is scheduled to take place as follows:

Rehearsal Schedule

A Lecture-Free Window for New Students
In a bid to ensure maximum attendance at both the rehearsal and matriculation ceremony, the University Authority has declared the afternoon of Tuesday 18th and the morning of Wednesday 19th July, 2023, as lecture-free periods for 100 and 200 level students. This thoughtful gesture provides the students with a window of free time to fully participate in these important events.
