Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Ikota, Ajah axis, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Generate Sales lead and marketing collateral.
- Source and develop Client Referrals
- Marketing Visibility and awareness.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Writing and delivering social media and content strategies.
- Managing the marketing department’s budget and ensuring that it generates a positive return on investment.
- Managing the design and production of promotional items such brochures and websites.
- Promote our real estate products to new and existing customers.
- Supervising the company’s participation in events including trade exhibitions, conferences and festivals.
- Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers.
- Partner with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors and agencies.
- Construct marketing programs to support particular marketing objectives across various channels and segments in support of our over all marketing strategy plan.
- Develop strategies for more effective marketing strategies, and share them with the team.
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to gather consumer insights to enhance marketing strategy and communications.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value.
- Communicate with senior management on marketing initiatives, strategies and budgets and present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.
- Guiding social media and marketing methods.
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Real Estate Marketing preferably.
- Proven track record in a Marketing environment.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
