Candidates should fill and submit on-line, the Security Screening Form with recent Passport photograph.
The sum of N2,500.00 is to be paid for the screening exercise inclusive of Bank Charges.
Registration for the screening commences on Monday, 8th August, 2016 and ends on Monday, 22nd
August, 2016.

For JAMB Applicants, Candidates must have chosen Kwara State Polytechnic and scored a minimum of 180 marks in the 2016 UTME. For ND and HND (Regular & Part-Time) applicants, the Candidates must have purchased Kwara State Polytechnic Admission Forms as earlier
advertised in The Herald Newspaper of 29th April, 2016 and The Punch Newspaper of 29th April, 2016.
NOTE
(I) Any applicant who attempt to register for the screening exercise without choosing the Kwara State Polytechnic and scored less than 180 in the 2016 UTME does so at his or her own risk.
(II) The Portal closes on 22nd August, 2016 at 11.59pm and no further payment or registration can be done after that date.
(II) All candidates seeking for admission into the Polytechnic must undergo the screening process without which they will not be eligible to be considered for admission.
[III] ALL JAMB CANDIDATES SHOULD INDICATE THEIR JAMB RESULT DETAILS WITHOUT THAT THEIR APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
