The CrossCulture Programme (CCP) is offering applications for CCP Fellowship for professionals and committed volunteers. Yearly, approximately 80 fellowship recipients from host organisations in Germany or in one of the over 35 partner countries gain experience in mutual networks.
The applicants who age 23-45 and have at least two years of proven professional experience or volunteer work in a civil society organization in the country of origin the time of the application are eligible to apply.

- Admissible Criteria: The applicants must follow the given criteria:
- The applicant must be between the ages of 23 and 45 at the time of the application.
- At least two years of proven professional experience or volunteer work in a civil society organisation in the country of origin.
- The applicant is in good health for a more extended stay abroad.
Desirable:
- The applicant has been and is socially engaged for the long-term.
- The applicant can prove full-time experience in his or her field of work.
- Collaboration with an organisation in the target country is in progress or planned.
How to Apply
To Apply: The candidate must follow the 3 steps for application as given:
- Open the ifa application portal and select the fellowship of your choice. Applications are available as the following according to country:
- Complete the application form and upload the required documents.
- Submit the completed application online via the application portal.
- Supporting Documents: Applicants are required to submit all the following: 1) Curriculum vitae in English with details about education/training, work experience, volunteering and other skills. Letter of motivation, 2) Letter of recommendation from the applicant’s home organisation/workplace in the applicant’s country of origin, for example, from a supervisor. 3) Diplomas and 4) Photo (optional).
- Language Requirement: Applicants must have excellent written and spoken English skills. The applicant possesses other language skills, particularly German language skills.
Benefits
First and foremost, this programme provides financial support for the fellowship recipients.
- Recipients from abroad will receive the following costs: A monthly allowance of 550 euros, Roundtrip airfare, Accommodation, A monthly ticket for public transport within the place of residence, A refund of applicable visa fees, and Health insurance
- Recipients from Germany will get the following benefits: A monthly allowance of 1,100 euros, A refund of round trip airfare, A refund of applicable visa fees, and Health insurance
