PAST Regional Scholarship and Innovation Fund (RSIF) is an Africa-focused fund that aims to help create a critical mass of highly skilled scientists, professionals, and innovators in the Applied Sciences. It provides 3-4-year training for citizens of SSA countries.

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: PhD degree in the fields of applied sciences, engineering, and technology (ASET)
  • Admissible Criteria: The applicant must have a master’s degree in a relevant field of study, willing to enroll full-time in a PhD program at an RSIF African Host University.
  • Priority will be given to women and existing young academic faculty at African Universities. They must have demonstrated leadership potential, such as community service in areas related to PASET RSIF fields of study.
