FUKASHERE Fresh Students Registration Procedure/Clearance for 2019/2020 Session

This is to notify both the newly admitted students of the Federal University, Kashere, Gombe State, that the management of the institution has released the payment and registration procedures for the 2019/2020 academic session.

FUKASHERE Registration Procedure.

• Log on to http://fuk.admissions.cloud/login.html to print your Admission Letters and other documents
• Go to your respective Departments for clearance
• Go to Admission Office for clearance and issuance of Registration Pin Number
• Log on to fuk.safsrms.com for payment of Registration fees using the pin number
• Go to Bursary Department for University stamp on your Payment Receipt
• Fill the Online Course Registration Form

• Provisional Admission for 2019/2020 Academic Session
• JAMB Original Result Slip/Change of Course/lnstitution Slip (coloured) UTME Candidates
• JAMB Acknowledgement Slip Change of Course/lnstitution Slip (coloured) DE Candidates
• JAMB Original Admission Letter (Institution Copy) (coloured)
• Acceptance Letter
• O’ level Statement of Result (s) (browsed copy)/Certificate
• A’ level Statement of Result/Certificate (DE Candidates)
• Certificate of Primary Education
• Certificate of Origin/lndigene
• Certificate of Birth/Declaration of Age
• One (1) Passport Photograph

• Fresh Student Clearance Form (Original)
• Student’s Payment Receipt
• Student Bio Data
• Attestation Letter (Original)
• Medical Examination Report for Fresh Student
