Commonwealth Shared Scholarships 2020 for Commonwealth Countries

Besides double checking your eligibility, all candidates must fulfill the Commonwealth Shared Scholarships requirements as well. The application process is not complete without these necessary documents. Just like the eligibility criteria, the required documents will also determine whether you will be accepted by the scholarship programme or not. Your application is expected to have the following requirements during the entire procedure:

All files are to be converted and sent to the online application system in any of these formats: PDF, .doc, .docx, .odt, .jpg, .jpeg.
Files submitted in any other format (including Zip files and PDF Portfolios) will NOT be accepted. The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 5MB. Last but not least, only applications that are processed through the provided application system will be considered. Should anyone send in their applications through a completely different platform, their applications will automatically be revoked.

How to Apply

Before you apply for the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship programme, all candidates are to apply for any of the Master degree courses that are provided by the scholarship scheme. Please be noted that the funding for this programme will not be able to be used to pay for undergraduate courses, PhD degrees, or any pre-college English Language courses. Meanwhile, as you are securing your spot for an admission in your future host university, you are to apply for the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship at the same time as well. Therefore, to ensure that you will have a smooth application procedure, we kindly suggest you to continuously consult with your respective future host universities regarding the terms and conditions of admissions and applying for the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship. After you have cross checked with your host university, you may now apply for the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship programme. Closing Date

Now that you have double checked the eligibility criteria and gathered all of the requested documents, it’s finally time to get your applications done and over with. Before that, please take note that all applications for the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship programme are to be submitted before its closing date: 16.00 (GMT) on 18 December 2019. As a piece of advice, all candidates are highly encouraged to send in their applications way before the closing date to avoid heavy traffic on the online application system that is to be expected nearing the closing date.
