College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto, has commenced the sale of application forms for admission into its General Nursing and Basic Midwifery Programmes for the 2022/2023 academic session.
Admission Requirements:
Applicants must possess five credits in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in not more than two sittings.
How to Apply for College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto Admission Form
The sales of admission forms into second stream Basic Nursing and first stream Basic Midwifery of the College of Nursing, Sokoto will commence on the 12th December, 2022 and ends on 23rd December, 2022
- All interested candidates should visit college portal sis.conssokoto.edu.ng to obtain and fill the form
- Make sure you print all the invoices and receipt generated during the filling of forms.
- Provide a valid phone number while filling the form
- Proceed to make a payment of N7,000 (excluding charges) as Form purchase fee
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
The Computer Based Test (CBT) for all applicants will hold as follows:

Note: All candidates should present their application form/invoice or receipts of purchase of the form at the venue of the CBT exams
