Abia Poly Convocation: Payment Instructions for 2023 Graduands

Abia State Polytechnic (ABIAPOLY) announces payment procedures for 2023 graduands’ convocation robes, brochures, and certificates. Graduands are to pay N5,000 for convocation materials into the Abia Polytechnic fees account, and N20,000 for ND and HND certificates into Abia Polytechnic’s intervention/Subvention account. Abia State Polytechnic (ABIAPOLY) has released important payment details for the 2023 graduands. The notice pertains to the payment of fees for convocation robes, brochures, and certificates.

Graduands are required to make a payment of N5,000.00 for convocation robes and brochures. This payment should be made into the Abia Polytechnic fees account. The account number is 1002818037, held with Keystone Bank. Payments can be made through mobile transfers, using debit cards, or through direct payment at the bank.

In addition, certificate fees for both ND and HND, which amount to N20,000.00 each, should be paid into Abia Polytechnic’s intervention/Subvention account. This account is maintained with Zenith Bank, with the account number being 1224974199.

Abia Polytechnic emphasizes that all payments can be made through any of the mentioned methods, whether it’s mobile transfer, using a debit card, or a direct payment at the bank. It is crucial for graduands to make these payments promptly to avoid any inconvenience during the convocation period.
