Summarize Job Description
- Our client is seeking to fill the role of a Business Regulatory Advisory Service for a junior associate.
- The ideal candidates must display knowledge, competence, and expertise in Company Secretarial, Business Advisory, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance processes.
- Prepare and review draft of agreements and other corporate documents
- Ability to function effectively across at least 3 of the 4 business units within the Unit
- Fulfil other responsibilities as delegated or assigned by the senior associate
- Report back to their seniors on the status of assigned tasks
- The ability to develop and maintain sound working relationship with business stakeholders
- Assist on the set up of business establishment and investment procedure from legal perspective
- Perform accurate and timely assistance to clients in variety of legal topics and government polices related to business law and investment procedures
- Identifying possible legal issues regarding business strategy and innovations
Person Specification
- LLB, BL, (ICSA or ICSAN certification and active practice may increase chances)
- 4-6 years’ post call experience.
- Extremely good writing skills
- Appreciation of the need to bill client and connect same with the Unit’s target
- Display good team spirit, interpersonal skill, maturity, and professionalism
- Display willingness to develop one’s skills and knowledge
- Ability to secure and maintain new business
- Ability to develop excellent relationships with clients
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Display depth in research abilities and legal drafting
