CONAMKAT has confirmed that the online registration period will commence on Tuesday, 4th July 2023 and conclude on Friday 21st July 2023. Failure to complete registration within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of admission.
How to Complete Online Registration
Online registration is an essential step for all admitted students and can be accomplished by following these steps:
- Visit the official CONAMKAT website: www.conamkat.edu.ng
- Click on the ‘Student Portal’ button.
- Proceed to the ‘STUDENTS REGISTRATION PORTAL’ section.
- Click on ‘REGISTRATION GUIDELINES’ to access a comprehensive set of instructions for the online registration process.
Mandatory Documentation
All successful candidates are required to present both the original and three copies of certain key documents to the College’s Satellite Campus they have been admitted into. These documents are:
- College Admission Letter (To be printed online, COLOURED and on a cream CONQUEROR Paper)
- Biodata Printout
- Course Registration Form
- Payment Slip
- Completed Acceptance Form
- Completed ID Card Form
- Completed Library Form
- Completed Undertaking Letter
- Completed Guarantor’s Form
- Medical Examination Form
- Six (6) Passport Photographs
- Acknowledgement Card
- SSCE Certificate or Statement of Result
- Secondary School Testimonial
- Primary Certificate
- Primary School Testimonial
- Indigene Letter
- Result Scratch Card(s)
- One (1) A4 Rim Paper
Most of these documents, specifically items 1 to 10, 18, and 19, can be printed directly from the registration portal. Other essential documents such as SSCE Certificate, Secondary School Testimonial, Primary Certificate, Primary School Testimonial, Indigene Letter, and Result Scratch Card(s) are also required for submission.
Commencement of Lectures
The College has announced that lectures for the Basic Nursing Programme will commence on Monday, 17th July, 2023. This date is crucial for all admitted students to note and prepare for.
